Install Manager is not excepting my pass word and I have changed it to no avail, Any ideas as to why this is happening? I have filled out a ticket for help but this can sometimes take awhile for reply.

Have you tried working offline and checking the log (from the gear menu) for errors?
Try creating a "new" account in the DIM log-in dialogue, and enter you standard details for that.
Hello Richard, I have tried everything and still no luck. I have sent a ticket I will just have to wait and see if they can help me.
