Bubble suit help

I recently bought the bubble suit, but I don't know how to apply any of the shaders. I've tried selecting the master bubble and the bubble groups, but it doesn't work.

Any help?

    I have this.  They are shaders and not materials and instanced if I remember. In the scene tab, expand the suit so that you can see the various suit nodes. If you can just select the bubble suit, you don't need to fo this. Select them and in the surface tab, select and apply the appropriate shader.

    Thanks, but that didn't work. It does change color in the Texture Shaded display, but once I switch to the Iray, or try to render I just get the standard white ball.

    This proo says that adjusting the master bibble for the group of instances should change them all.

    Okay, changing the master bubble worked, but only for the head and chest suit. It's not working for the other suits. I guess I'm gonna have to contact customer service to see what's wrong.
