The next tier, the daz token tier is so close,  literally only pennies away and you need to buy something to claim it.  what did you buy?

I picked up this sundial.  its for poser and with discounts cost 19cents.  but I'm gonna find a use for it now that it is in my content library.

I do not have a clue what you are talking about.

You gain tokens for every $10 spent - thus if the items in your cart add up to $9.99 then you would get zero tokens, if you can find something for a few pennies you'd be able to get 1 token. This thread is about those items at the very low end of the price-range to add to your basket to tip you over the edge.

  • The Oriental Tobacco Tray is also a good item to increase the cost of your cart by a few pennies if needed to get an extra token. Right now it is only $0.12 with 8 tokens applied.

  • To answer the OP's original question: I have been recently looking in the Legacy 80% Off section during this recent sale series for those top-up items and have picked up some of the "Yard and Garden" products which are currently $0.70 each (before token discounts).

    I found:

    'Ghastly Globes' https://www.daz3d.com/ghastly-globes

    ($0.70/$0.39)

    'The ScryingGlobe' https://www.daz3d.com/the-scryingglobe

    ($1.50/$0.84)

    and

    'Bee and Texture Map' https://www.daz3d.com/bee-and-texture-map

    ($1.39/$0.78)

The second price means 'with Golden Ticket and, for DO items, Daz+ membership'.

LOL I just go ahead and buy something that ends up being a few dollars (as with 8 tokens, things go down to 98 cents to 3.00 on average. But what a fun thread!

Same here.  Between the tokens, the multiple discounts and the orange bar offers, I'm getting 83% off or more on items in the featured categories, and this weekend I've had some at 96% off and items as cheap as 20 cents.  With those kind of discounts, it can take several items to nudge the token bar up to the next notch.

To get into the spirit of the thread, though, a few of the items over the last week have included: an okarina prop and pose pack for genesis 2 (because why not?), a collection of "witch jars" (filled with eyeballs and such, and who doesn't need that?), all of the vehicles from the old Daedelus series (kit-bashing fun!), a bunch of Bryce environment sets (because I have Bryce and rarely use it), an 18th century hair and wig set (the perfect accessory for my Guillotine sets, bwa ha ha), a bunch of AntFarm's older sets including a Martian Movie Theater and a Baba Yaga house with chicken legs (which, suprisingly, is now the second Baba Yaga house I own, so I'm thinking about doing a render of a cock fight between the two of them), an Enigma machine (not sure why, it's an enigma), a jumbo jet (even though I have the same prop in a newer Iray version, but this one has some different textures), a huge stack of high-heeled shoes and boots for Genesis 3 and Genesis 8 (because your girls can never have too many shoes, especially when they're on sale!), and more pose sets and motion capture sets than you can shake a stick at... in fact, one of the mocap sets and at least two or three of the pose sets actually include a bit of stick shaking.
