How can i do/get the sand affect on the body and clothing

I havn't had a chance to attempt this myself yet but there are a few "dirty" products in the store that can be used to add things to skin. For example SY A Dirty Mess for Genesis 8 contains options for sand.

You could  use a geoshell, a sand texture, and an alpha mask.
