Genesis 9 male characters

I noticed that for genesis 9 there aren't many male characters, and those that are there are either too old, or too young and in any case unattractive. I hope to see more soon.

That is not a helpful suggestion - you don't really say what it is that you want, which is the key to a productive suggestion.
Are you interested in a child, young teen, older teen, young adult, 30 - 40 year old, 50 - 60 year old, 70 - 80 year old?
Is there a specific ethnicity?
Are you interested in realistic or toons or anime?
Do you prefer average builds, slim, muscular, overweight, or a mixture of both?
Have you used any morph packages to create your own characters to your own taste or needs?
There are various threads about Genesis 9 at the beginning and one I recommend is Head Games where folks take the basic tools DAZ put into the Starter packs and then added the later packages sold in the store to show the versatility of the generation. Yes it has a number of older character actors, but it could just as easily have good looking guys and gals.
These questions are to help you to clarify what you are looking for. That way we can more accurately give you recommendations.

It's very subjective, I'm just saying we don't have much choice. With females there is a lot of variety of choice, but not with males, men from 25 to 35 years old who are a bit handsome but also badass...
All ethnicities are fine, age 25/35 a little attractive, badass or sweet, it depends on the story I decide to make. I love warriors. I just wish I had more choice
I purchased clothes for genesis 9 male but I don't have a character in my gallery yet. I have only purchased several female characters and I have many in my favorites
I joined DAZ3d in the middle of Genesis 3, so I have watched how Genesis 8 and then 8.1 grew over the years. The men lagged then as well. Since it has not even been one year of Genesis 9 this is just the beginning. The PAs are getting a handle on the new tech of G9 and better shaping tools are coming out now for them.
I will try to look through my G9M library and see what I have to recommend. But remember, many of the G9 females have male versions (with male gens materials and nipples included). So with just a few slides you have two characters for one. Mix in a more masculine character and you have someone who is not too feminine but is an attractive masculine character. Also, hair, posing, and clothing can make the man as well. Now on clothing, we really need some for G9M but it is easy to use G8M's now.
Perhaps if you gave some examples of real men whose look is the sort of thing you want. Attractive and bad-ass are still very much in the eye of the beholder.
Then just create one with the various morphs at the various stores (and free). With the morph packs, any user has the ability to create almost any character they want without having to wait for a PA to create something they might like

There are a lot more morph packs out there that will help you out. Search the store and look at the comments in the forums about them and in the gallery.
There is one PA, https://www.daz3d.com/mal3imagery whom I recommend for masculine clothing. I have found his clothing for G8M and G8.1M work fine on G9M with autofit. And you may like his characters he has done too. (They are not for sale, but you can see what someone has done.)
This was a fast and dirty search for your requirements, so I suggest you check out these characters, morph packs... and look at the PA's stores and see what else they have to offer.

Thank you for taking your time to research it for me. I look at them all one by one, I add to my favorites the ones that inspire me the most for my ideas.
You are welcome. One warning though. We found during Genesis 8/8.1 the more characters/morph packs you owned, the more your load times slowed down. So be selective and make careful choices now. As Genesis 9 grows, the PAs become more comfortable with it and even better characters are released.

You can also manage the number of characters/morphs loaded by having multiple install libraries. Jay explains this in his masterclass working with custom libraries ( https://www.daz3d.com/community/masterclass )
Another option is Riversoft's TurboLoader for Genesis 9 ( https://www.daz3d.com/turbo-loader-for-genesis-9 ).
I need a Black Character and I have been stunned at how few Black G9 Men there are. It's also super hard to sort through the characters on the store with now way to filter for just men G9.

I think that's all of them in the Daz store - 24 of 220 male products (some of those products are bundles, so the characters may technically be included twice). There may be more at Renderosity, but their filtering for this is actually worse than here -- they don't have a reliable way to filter things like clothing and related textures out of the results that I've found.
There are some that can use the female skin on the male with good results if you like a certain one with a shape of another, as well.
