Bryce And Multiple Cores

There was a program that you could use to tell programs to be aware of multiple cores, enabling them to work faster, and not clogg things up, so you could work in say... Premiere Pro, while Bryce was rendering, without causing any problems... I had this little prog and used it very successfully - I also then had Win7.

Well I've now got Windows 10 (voice of doom!)

And a lot of things aren't as good as in Win7 - this included.

Now I know I've got this prog downloaded somewhere on my PC, but I can't remember what it's called.

CAN ANYONE HELP?

I've tried searching for using programs with multiple cores, but all that comes up is programming advice - I can't do programming. Help?

franontheedge - I don't quite understand your question. Set Bryce Priority to Low, then 1 CPU core is used. Set it to Normal, then half of the available cores are used, set it to High and all cores up to 8 are used.

May be Fran is thinking of Large Address Aware but got confused. It is easy to do.
