Request for colleciton of Looking Back poses

Seem not to see very much of this type of pose - looking backwards over the shoulder at camera.

Many of the pinup (especially retro type) pose packs have one or more of these. I don't recall any collections of specifically that type of pose though.

Well, I also mean to use the poses for Male characters.

There are these at the other store: https://www.renderosity.com/marketplace/products/154501/x7-looking-back-poses-for-genesis-8-female-genesis-81-female

All are looking back poses. They are for G8F, but they are not pin-up poses so should work fine for both genders.

Ah, OK thanks, I'll go take a look.

  • I have a set of 5 pencilled in on my to do list, but recently have had no time for such things. Ho hum. Wish I could have helped.

    Regards,

    Richard.

Hmm, that begs the question if there is a simple way to search your existing pose sets for a type of pose, collect them, and create a personal pose collection of that style? Or if a script could be written to do that? Not all poses are named, often only numbered, so you can't search by name/type of pose.

If nothing else, you look through your content by files, pick all the ones you want, then somehow capture them into a grouping named for that style of pose?

Automatically, I doubt it as DS has no way to recognize the type of pose.

Manually, you certainly could: you can create custom categories grouping poses of a specific kind and manually categorize content files to put them there. If you already have a lot of poses it will be quite a bit of work though.

Folks, thanks for commenting. I suppose I may have to adjust some existing poses...

You could use Pose Architect to dial in the required pose. https://www.daz3d.com/pose-architect-for-genesis-9

There is a G8 version too.

Thanks Leana, sub-categories are my life-saver in Smart Content. I had been thinking casually about a broad one for ones that have good daily poses. And yes, a lot of work over three DAZ computers. Needs a lot of thought before the doing.
