How can I create my own clothes for genesis 9 male and female characters. Just in case if i don't want to use zbrush.
Can anyone guide me with it? I want to create clothing from scratch that fits Genesis 9 figures, doez Daz has any utility to create clothing of any style or I have to export somewhere and create clothes and import it back?
I am new to Daz and learning to create everything models, clothes, home interior, city, environment etc. from scratch one by one... so kindly guide me if there are any function to create clothes of my own style for both male and female, it would be very helpful for me. I found a tutorial video on creating own genesis 9 character on youtube..but I dont find anything much on clothes, creating environment, surronding scenes, interior desiging etc.

Creating clothes pretty much requires using an external modelling application - Blender or Hexagon should be fine. For genesis 9 you should, if at all possible, use the base figure as a mannequin rather than applying a shape (though there are ways to use a shaped figure). The actual clothing modelling process is pretty generic, you wouldn't need a tutorial specific to Genesis 9.
If you want to learn to model, clothing is more challenging than simple props. Start with making a chair or a bench or a table and work your way up to more complicated models.
As Riichard mentioned Hexagon3D a modelling application to is easy to use. and available for free here at Daz3D Hexagon 2.5 | Daz 3D
You can consider using Marvelous Designer. https://marvelousdesigner.com/
Yes Hexagon (free) or Blender are perfect to create clothing. Arki and Esha have several tutorials.

I made a DAZ3D Hexagon simple dress time lapse few years ago.
..ever since MD dropped W7 support and moved to the subscription model I gave up on the idea of making clothing. I liked the fact the programme approached the process form a clothing/costume makers aspect which is something i understand. I have a very old version that is pretty outdated.
I also have an old and under-used version of MD. If I could use the MD cloth sim inside DAZ Studio I would be using my old MD all the time - dForce is just so slow and cumbersome.
Sickleyeild created a great video on how to make and rig clothes
Also Mada has created a series of video's for making clothes and the various ways to have them work properly in Daz
