It looks like it might it might be one of VOOTW's girls but I can't really tell and none of them seem to have that beauty mark near her eye. https://www.daz3d.com/vootw#filtered=1

It was a bit customized character... and none of VOOTW's products was used if I rememeber correctly. And the PA is a veteran Photoshop user who's proficient in tweaking tex. maps.
