I want to recreate "Rina" by Metalhed13

I haven't found a way to contact the artist and his DeviantArt has been shut down.

What I know is that the Rina character is at least as old as 2012.

 

What base character is this?

What morphs were used?

What hair?

It came from the characters from Jessaii, mostly V4, like this one in Daz3D store - https://www.daz3d.com/riven, and https://www.daz3d.com/jessaii, 'cause they're pretty similar.

Search Jessaii on Rendo, there're many similar V4 characters as well.

I did find the Hair (Apollonia Hair) and the costume (DMs Summoner - Genesis 3F)

I was looking mostly at sabby, but now that you made me look closer, the early work of Jessaii really looks more like Rina.
