Skeletons are a mess after exporting

Was anyone ever able to actually use a skeleton exported to obj, collada or fbx? If so, how? It's a horrible mess whatever I try.

    Skeleton... ? you mean a skeleton product like Midnight Skeleton, or a Donor 'Skeleton'... left or right? or sth. else ?
