Hair missing in reflection

Here's a weird one. I have a lady looking out of a window. Everything is reflected in the window glass except her hair. Any clues as to how I fix this?

Which renderer?
If it is 3Delight, what is the max raytrace depth set to, in the Render Settings?
It's 3Delight, and it's 3. I'll try increasing it, but I don't see why the hair would need an extra bounce over everything else.
[ADDED] I've doubled the raytraces to six, but it makes no difference.
The hair has layered trans maps
That doesn't really help me. Does that mean that it cam't be reflected? Or is there something special I need to do?
Next question...what kind of lighting are you using?
By the way, which hair is it? What shader is being used on the hair?
Advanced Ambient, distant and spotlights. Marisandra hair. No special shaders.
I just tried putting the same hair on a G2F, lighting her with a normal Daz distant light, and sticking her in front of a plane with reflection added. It has the same problem:
It's probably this "layered transmaps" thing that pwiecek said - but what do I do about it?
Check that the hair isn't loading the omnifreaker UberSurface shader...as it has a couple of settings that can do odd things if you aren't expecting them to be on. But in a quick test the UberSurface with Raytrace OFF renders a bald G3F...
Found a fix!
In the materials for the hair there's one called "Raytrace Visible". Click that, and it works.
For future reference, though, how would I know if an object is "loading the omnifreaker UberSurface shader" and which settings would I tweak? I didn't see anything obvious in the Surfaces tab.
In the Surfaces tab...
UberSurface: omUberSurface
AoA SubSurface: AoA_Subsurface
I was just answering this question, not offering a solution.
