Make a G9 prop become a G8F prop - how ?

Hello, if I want to turn a G9 sword prop into a G8F prop (parented to her right hand) and save it as such for further use, what would be the way ?

    You will need to get the G9 pose for the arm/hand converted to G8.

    Then load the sword and place it in the hand. You might be able to load it with G9 and then unparent, doing it a bit easier to move to G8 hand.

    You can then save it as a smart prop, by saving a wearable preset.
