Military-style Brass Band Clothing?

Does anyone know of any free (or otherwise) male clothing that a miltary brass band might wear? I'm thinking of something like we'd associate with John Philip Sousa or Sergeant Pepper. Thanks!

M4 is not a problem for me at all. I tried experimenting with retexturing pirate coats for G2 but that didn't get me far enough. I can see how a retextured Fairytale Prince would fit the bill.

This is for the P4 Male. I think if you have the skills you can use it on another figure. Suit and shoes are all one object.  the hat is another.

Thank you especially for sharing the tutorial link! I've wanted to learn more about rigging so I could better adapt clothing made for non-Genesis characters. This will give me something new to learn over the winter. :)
