You can chnage the interpolation type in the Timeline inAdvanced mode, select the keyframe and look at the bottom of the pane. You can also edit the TCB values for smooth interpolation, controlling the shape of the curve. Bezier handles would not make sense as a graph has constraints that a simple curve doesn't (for one thing, it cannot fold back on itself).
