What Gives???

I recently changed my email as I will be closing my Google account and went to my account page and all my purchases ( after 2020-06-28), PC+ account were gone.

What gives??/

    Your profile shows that your account (ArhainArt) was just opened two days ago and you are not a Daz+ member. Did you create a new account instead of updating the email address in your existing account?

    Forum account date does not reflect store date, though it will reflect PC status - and would reflect the date of previous visit if this was older.

    Having just looked I am seeing two other accounts associated with this one, forum side - so it may be as barbult says that you updated the wrong one. ArhainArt_1306226 is a + member.

    No I only updated my email.

    I did not open a new account. All I did was update my email as the one I was using is slated for deletion. FYI: my old email was [email removed].
