thalius guyliner issue

Hi all, I grabbed Thalius and Tauriel, and when I try to apply the guyliner or eyeliner, this happens. Any ideas please? thank you!

    It is an LIE.

    It looks like something didn't install right. I thought maybe you needed to apply it to the eyes or lashes instead of the character although normally it would indicate that in the directions. However I applied the Guyliner to Thalius and it worked okay for me

    Ah, okay, so definitely my end then. I'll uninstall and reinstall and see if that makes any difference. To be honest, I have a lot of issues with things like this with Gen9, lot's of characters whose make-up won't apply at all etc. I may have to uninstall DAZ and reinstall it unfortunately. Thank you!
