Is there a way to "follow" my favourite artists ?

I'd like to have some way to keep track of new products from my favourtie artists, and also to get a notification when they have older items for sale or on promotion.

There's such a way on Rendo site but not in here. Only the products rather than PA(s) could be added to favorites (Wishlist) in Daz store AFAIK...
