Is there a way to turn modal windows to pane?

Some scripts pop a window which blocking clicks behind it. So is it possible to turn it to a pane instead, so I can still working with the rest of UI?

Nearly all Scripts are built as a 'Dialogue' which 'blocks' user's manipulation with the main application UI behind it. Only plugins don't block you and are able to be docked and undocked as pane(s).
