Here are the Emerald Duo. Emerald Mist on the left and Emerald Shock on the right.

Relaxing after a long day of making the city a safer place and fighting evil of all faces.

"I think I’ll call him Grogg."

Yup, I think he could use a good drink! ;)
As usual, another great render, flashback37. Grogg and his suit really 'pop' visually.

    Cheers

    Nice one Flashback

Nicely done Sedor.. 41 hours? jeepers. are ya using indirect or occlusion for your uberenv? and how many lights did ya have going on?

Here's another vision of the Emerald Duo. Tweaked it a little with some of the poses and changed the camera angle and Emerald Mist's Supersuit.

    "Movie Night"

I used occlusion, there was one distant light and one point light (in front of his face, it was to dark) - I think I'll do a render with other settings to compare how heavy they effect on the render time.

Just think. Now with the super boots and belt and cape he might go through another revision then We'll have 3 wraiths battling it out. :)

Sedor.. Try using a linear point in front of his face. Or maybe some spots.

Shhh!! I have not played with them yet, boots, belt, or cape. But I'm happy they made them. The Belt I really needed. The built in zones of the suit just do not work for some things I want to do.

EDIT: Great one FLASHBACK!! What shader? SO Comicbooky....

Thanks! That was a combo of filters in photoshop. The costume surfaces were almost all done with Supersuit shaders.

Im thinking one of those filters is dark strokes. ;) I've been using that on a duplicate layer. Still gotta play around. Can't wait for my PC membership to work again. Then I can buy the new items for the suit.

Here is a quick render of a character I might use in a comic strip. (If I've made the picture the right size that is - I wish they'd get the resize function working!) As you can see, it's not a high detailed render as my computer is old and can't handle the high end/complicated stuff.

I tried another, but used the camera to add a bit of blur to the background, and altered the lights.

I love the glow. Is that ambient or did you use Uber Area lights on the seams?

Thanks reavuson22 and Jaderail, the suit is Cyborg Guardian from the Sci-Fi bundle with a set of the default shaders. I wanted to really bring out the blue so lit it with three blue spots two underneath from the front and one above from the back. The blue glow around the body I did in Photoshop.

Once again thanks for the comments.

Your welome. Let me give everyone a little advice. The Superbelt and Cape have errors that I and a few others have shown to one of the Forum Admin's. When I get a address to send my files to DAZ will see what we have been seeing.

If you have not bought those items yet, I urge you not to purchase them untill an Update has been issued.

Something to do with a large building or wear house and a trollman fighting a muscleman hero. Or something. ;)

Good One Sedor. But I believe there was a movie called "The Incredibles" it was an animated one and they said something about why super heroes don't wear capes anymore. something to do with planes and it getting caught in engines or machinery that was just TOO super for the supers. :P

Sorry guys, I got no new super renders today. maybe tomorrow.
