Extra block functionality

There are certain posters who are incessently negative and who I just can't stand to see, so I block them. Great!

Exceeeeept... if they start a thread, I see the thread. Even if they are the only one to post to the thread so far.

Would it be possible to have an option such that threads are invisibled if you've blocked the thread starter?
