Daz3d 1.3 update problem

I need help with the 1.3 update. It keeps telling me that I need the 1.3 update and that I have the 1.1. This is my first time using it so I don't know what to do.

OpenGL? To help with that we need to know what GPU (graphics card/chip) your system has and what driver. If you have a GPU on the CPU, from Intel, and a stand-alone GPU, from nVidia or AMD, make suer Daz Studio is set to use the latter.
