Hi, is there any tool that can authomatically convert shapes, heads and textures from g9 to g8 and/or g8 to g9? The body isn't really that important but heads and textures are. I have no idea how to do this manually so I was wondering if there some plug-in or something in the store that can do the job?
Thanks!!

Both of the above have male equivalents I believe but have to bought separately.

To convert G9 shapes to G8 I'm not aware of any product that will do it (there may well be one available I don't know about or one in the pipeline) but for now you'll have to do it manually and either make or buy G9 clones -
Bear in mind that none of these shape converters are able to guarantee a 100% distortion-free result. I've listed one and there are others but some characters may still require geometry correction in your modelling package of choice, especially those with complex or unusual eyes. Texture conversion is complex and it's well worth buying those products but the shape conversion isn't too tricky to do manually. Are you sure you don't have time to watch some tutorials and try yourself? Worst case scenario is you end up buying one of the converters anyway!
Indeed, as TimberWolf mentioned... there'll be definitely distortion as long as one uses Clone to convert figure shape from G9 - G8 and vice versa. Where the distortion appear depends on the characters, worse in Stylized characters, but in most of the cases, there'll be distortion on eyeballs, especially Irisis, as well as eyelid expressions (Eyes Closed, Eye Blink...). If you load Tears to G8.1, there'll be tiny distortion (a bit unfitted) as well. So better know at least one modeling / sculpting software for post fixing, e.g. Blender or ZB.
And no HD morph / shape could be converted by users, BTW.
As for texture maps, normally there won't be big problem when you use the product listed above and follow the PDF user guide accordingly...
Thank you so much! :)
Would you have some tutorial reccomedations for doing that in Blender succefully, maybe?
Converting shapes has to be done in Daz Studio
