Can't install Connect offline products

Hi.

I use DAZ Connect because I found it convenient.

The problem is, sometimes installs get stuck forever in "Obtaining data from DAZ Connect". 

I wish I could install offline products when this happens, but it does nothing.

I download both the .sea and .sep files and place them in "My Daz Connect Library/Data/cloud/install", being "My Daz Connect Library" the mapped Connect directory. But when I click on Install offline products, the install windows open for a second, closes and nothing happens.

What am I doing wrong?

Have you checked the log immediately after trying to install? Are the files getting deleted from the data folder?
