Not sure if I have one of these but I am in search of an old truck that looks like it was made in the fifties give or take a decade.  Must work in daz studio.

I am also looking for a high school or anything related to high school.  I am writing a story to take place in winter/spring 2000 about a high school girl going to a small school in a small town.

If 1930 is still okay, there are these: http://www.daz3d.com/pickup-truck-1930 and http://www.daz3d.com/army-truck-1930

Not sure what year this would be, probably around tha same: http://www.daz3d.com/pickup-truck

I believe you will find what you are looking for at the other site. The vendor is Nationale7.

The vendor mentioned above, Nationale7, has a 1946 Chevy pickup and a 1950 Ford pickup both for Poser, but they should work in DAZ studio, though the materials would possibly need tinkering... The pickup by the same vendor mentioned above is a 1965 Chevy, so it might not be appropriate for the story... The free one at Share CG (US Pickup... By Mr Sparky?) is a late 90s pickup, so that may not be appropriate either... I'd say depending on the income of the character, late 30s to whatever date the story takes place in the 50s would be appropriate... The less money the character has the older their ride....  Old pickups were hard to kill, and people who used them for work, especially in small towns, used them for as long as they would last... If someone was middle class or well off, they would change them sooner.  If neither of the suggestions I mentioned are useful, try asking in this thread: http://www.daz3d.com/forums/discussion/57610/car-and-bike-lovers-thread-mark-iv#latest. They know way more about where to find cars and trucks than I do...

BIG OL' EDIT- Ignore my stupidity.... I missed it takes place in 2000... 50s would make it a classic... Maybe later models might be more appropriate... Especially that 65' Chevy.

We are moving this to product Suggestions. It's better to start a separate thread for each item (or at least for each batch of items), then you can list the item(s) desired in the title (as in the edit to this thread) so that the thread is more likely to get noticed.

Trying to decide on 2000 or 2001.

That looks great and I was thinking of a Chevy truck.  Actually I found the perfect truck by the same artist.
