I think my model's lips are a bit too detailed

I have this model and I adore how she turned out.

BUT I do think her lips are oddly detailed. I've tried changing the bump and normal maps of the skin (Genesis 9 so no lip specific detailing sadly). I've even tried apply a different lip material with no luck.

I am trying to figure out how to fix the weird detailing.

Any advice is greatly appreciated!

Without seeing, one culprit could be some morph. The morph may not be related to lips, or even the head in any way.
