How to backup content management database?

Hi.  When somone has a moment, I'd like to set up an automatic backup of my content management database to an external drive, but I do not know what file(s) to monitor.  Thank you much.

    The supported method doesn't lend itself to full automation -

    Start Studio and go to either Smart Content -> options -> Content DB Maintenance or Content Library -> options -> Content DB Maintenance; select 'Eport User Data" and then "Accept" - this will create a file called UserData_1.dsx in the runtime/support directoru of the first content director mapped as a DAZ Studio format directory. Copy this elsewhere as a backup.
