"New Scene" advertising window - Can this be turned-off?

In the new DAZ Studio BETA build, 4.21.1.104, the "New Scene" button behavior has been modified to open an advertising window.
Is there any way to turn this off?

haven't seen any setting to turn it off so far for such a 'new feature'...

This is best discussed in the release thread, but no it isn't switchable - however, if you go ctrl/cmd N for new, then hit Enter you will get the standard new scene (with any content loaded that you have specified in Preferences) without needing to click anything further.
