Is Studio installed thru DIM?

    That is how I have always done it.  By doing it through DIM, in particular, you'll normally see the updates in DIM as well.

    Thats what I thought! Howevere, Studio isn't showing up so I don't know what is going on. I get errors about not being able to write the confige file and my custom layout keeps disappearing.

    Have you tried running as Admin the first time you launch it?

    No I haven't. I'll give it a try after I finish a render I'm trying to do.
