Victoria 4 missing

in Technical Help (nuts n bolts)

Hi, I have just got a new computer and installed all my content and it all works just fine but when I try to load "Victoria 4" a dialog box appears, headed "Crittical Error" "Victoria 4 support folder could not be found"

Dose anyone know what is a miss.?

    Make sure that the content folder is listed as a "Poser Format Content Folder" in Content Directory Manager.
