OK so I loaded the new Daz 4.22, and started saving out poses, it saved them instantly. So Happy with that aspect. I close out Daz for the day, and later on open it back up and get ready for my next set of poses. Now it's back to taking forever to save a pose file. also what is up with the .tip files that are saving out in the directory?

Very slow to save a Pose Preset ?
.tip is just a 256x256 thumbnail png file, for better preview when you hover you mouse over the preset file. If you don't like it, F2 - Content tab - Thumbnail Saveing: 3rd dropdown list , choose "Do not save tip images"
.tip files are not new, theya ppear when you hover the mouse over the item (assuming you have tool tips enabled). Edit>preferences (Daz Studio>Preferences on Mac) has an option for saving .tip images in the Content tab - one is to not save them at all.
OK, so I turned off the pose saving ability. Didn't save the thumbnail. or tip file. However the pose took well over a few minutes to save outright as a Hir pose. Just Gen9 loaded, When I first loaded Daz 4.2 it saved them instantly, even with the thumbnail,
Currently I am running a 2gb graphics card system, 32 gb ram, so that isn't a problem with that my system will later today be upgraded to 8Gb graphics card so this is just weird. It took just as long to save out a pose on 4.21 Can you tell me how to get it back to save out as quick as it did when I installed it?
Thanks for the info and responces.
