My Daz3D is broken

I was touching a few things in the settings and when I went back to daz the interface looks like this

You seem to have closed (or moved to another display) all of your panes - Window>Workspace>Select Layout should let you go back to a saved layout or one of the starting layouts.

In addition to what Richard said above me: also consider looking into Window => Workspace => Lock docking/undocking. While this won't stop you from closing panes it will prevent accidental movement of your docked panes.
