Extra 30% off cart promo not working

Hi all and apologies if this is posted elsewhere, but I didn't find anything on it.  The promo says if your cart is over $100, they'll give you 30% off the entire cart but it's not working for me.  I have all new releases since I didn't see where I couldn't but the cart shows the full price without the 30% discount.  Is it broken or am I missing something??

    Not sure. I just tested it and it works for me. I added ALL recent new releases and a few new PC items.

    Thanks for testing it and I guess it's a sign for me to stop spending.  Really appreciate the help.  smiley

    UPDATE:  Just added a PC+ item as you had and magically the discount appeared.  Weird but it works now.
