I realized I didn't add a discount code to a purchase over the weekend as soon as I clicked the purchase button. Despite it being my fault and not a substantial order someone from DAZ went through the trouble of giving me a store credit for the amount I would have saved. Thank you for the excellent customer service.

That was really very nice! Recently I had cancelled a payment and wanted to send positive feedback for the quick processing via the corresponding link. Annoyingly, bugs.daz3d.com blocked my access and spent hours checking that my connection was secure and that I was actually human... After the third attempt, I gave up.
Lol, yeah even a rose has thorns. Right now I'm choosing to focus on the petals. A little kindness goes a long way these days.
