loading morphs

I have a new computer and work wih Poser 7 -- when I go to load my base and  morphs ++ and crearure morphs in to V4.2 and Michael 4  and kids 4 they won't load -- they are blank to start with it tells me to apply orginal pose -- they are blank --- so how do I do it? Thank you.
