Transfer Utility Content type only shows None in 4.5

I am confused. Before when I went to Transfer utilities, under Post transfer options when I clicked on Content type I could choose various options like follow full body or wardrobe etc. Now it Just says none. Can somebody veryfiy that this works in 4.5 or if it is just me. Thanks.

Saw something similar earlier, not with Transfer Utility, but saving off autofitted clothing - which is probably accessing the same code.

Make sure the CMS is running and that DS4 is talking to it, as those are tied to it.

Well it was cms.. I just did not restart Studio. When I did it worked.

Make sure that both DS and the CMS have access through your firewall, they both need to "talk" to each other and if the firewall is blocking one or both then the CMS functions wont show up in DS.

Ok B, I just removed the firewall, but now it's taking forever to start up??

Ok I reinstalled the 4.6v several times with the same result. At last I reinstalled the 4.5v and it is working now. I found the actor
option to transfer the rig. but when I delete the source actor, the target actor looses the rig again.
What am I doing wrong again?
