Installed Products Through DIM and This Error Happened. Why?

What is the attached error and why suddenly after no issues with Central? How do I fix it? There's NEVER been a firewall issue before so it's NOT that. I don't use Connect. Or can this be ignored?

    Happened to me 2 or 3 times. a simple restart of the program fixed it for me.

    It means you need to install it. It is a separate download and needed for smart content

    If you close DIM (or Daz Central) it is possible that PostgreeSQL is still shutting down when DS asks it to start, and so nothing happens. Geenrally you don't want to trigger a PostgreSQL close (by closing the last application using it) and then immediately trigger a restart - the installer and Daz Studio can run side-by-side, at worst you meay need to right-click on a container and select Refresh to get DS to see new files.
