No, it doesn't I'm afraid. There are AniBlock walk cycles for some figures.
...and through the use of Bone Minion products by Riversoft Art, any aniBlocks available at Daz 3d can work beautifully with any other Daz 3d human figure - Genesis lineup as well as V4/M4 and their respective families.
