Looking for asymmetrical skirt/uniform from LONG ago.

Was recently remembering an old item that was a scifi uniform with an asymmetric skirt or jacket, had an idea or two for using it, but I can't place it and I can't go to my library because it was something I didn't buy at the time (I was more into fantasy back then).

I've tried looking through the catalogue but what I remember isn't there and it might be something that got retired. It's been suggested it might be the V3 SciFi Uniform, and it's close, but not quite right from what I remember.

Anyone know which old product it might be? I think it was for V4 but it might be V3 or Genesis 1 at the very latest.
