Annoying greyed-out page on website

I have a rather interesting issue that has become rather frustating. I recently bought an iMac and discovered that when I search a certain topic on this forum or a product page on the main Daz site via a search engine, I end up with a greyed out page with no way of exiting. No matter what I do, I cannot go to the original page without the greyed out page (see attached for example). It only ever happens with the Daz site and fourm.

Has anyone else had this issue?? It's made searching for answers on the forum VERY fustrating ...

    looks like an AI bot has summarised the information on the website for you

    have you got Bing Copilot or Bard or something enabled for searching?

    It's okay. I've disabled the reader view preferences for the site! Silly me ...
