File format to upload to Daz gallery?

Hi, I'm trying to upload an image to share in my gallery/the community, but as soon as I think the upload has completed, the image vanishes and the error message say that my file may be the wrong format. I've tried both PNG and JPG. Is there a particular format or settings images must have for an upload to be successful?

ISTR that the file extension needs to be lower case, could that be the problem?
The gallery should really accept both jpgs and pngs generated from Daz Studio. However, in addition to maybe ensuring the extension is lowercase you may also want to check the filename: make sure it has no leading or trailing spaces or any special characters in there that could be tripping up any parsing/checking they are doing. Special characters could be one of a number of things depending on how the code works, however to be safe I would avoid using a period/fullstop (other than the one before the extension), quotes (both ' and "), brackets (normal, curly, square and triangular) or any of the following: &%$@*+!?|/\
You should also make sure you don't have any tabs, carriage returns or nulls in the filename - which is unlikely as that would only be the case if you copied and pasted the filename from word or some other wordprocessor/html page (or did it on purpose).
It also may have some issues with extended characters - i.e. anything with an umlaut, acute etc
certainly try lower case .png or .jpg or .jpeg
Shorter filename between 8-16 characters
also make sure you both click on the "save" your upload first, and then "publish" your uploaded artwork.
Saving puts it in your personal gallery first , and then publishing, makes it available for other to see it.
Thank you for responding, everyone. Turns out the culprit was a space in the filename. I replaced the spaces with hyphen/underscore.
Glad it was just a character/space issue... I was going to suggest a small animal sacrifice on an alter of some sort... that's unofficially a last resort for forum software issues, but the gallery is probably different...
Usually the steps for the forum are- Discover problem... curse... curse louder... curse loudly in different languages... try different browsers... delete cookies while cursing in ancient languages... post request for suggestions... realize lots of other people are experiencing it too... try several suggestions... curse more... buy chicken or goat... feel bad about buying a chicken or goat to invoke dark magic and waffle on the whole sacrifice thing... forum problem resolves itself... find out Goats-R-Us doesn't accept returns... befriend goat... goat is now new roommate... find goat annoying after a month or two... look up recipes for goat biryani... have tasty dinner, feeling lots of remorse and guilt.
Don't feel bad about the goat, in 97% of the cases the goat runs off after discovering the individual looking up recipes and goes on to gain some limited internet fame as an influencer or TikTok star... there are a few goats that don't make it, but that's the circle of life... technically since this is a 3D website and true circles don't actually exist in 3D modeling, it's the "Ngon of Life" (infinite multi-edged polygon of life).
Glad your problem was solved though.
What sort of alter? Dye the fur? Add a bow?
