If you make a cartoon guy for Genesis 3 Male, can you make "Marcel 7" sooner than "Cory 7"?

Marcel is fantastic... I can't imagine a better "cartoon" guy than Marcel. He's just an exceptional exaggerated cartoonish guy... he fills so many archetypal cartoon figures. Sure, Cory does as well, but he's so bland in comparison.
