password / installation issues

I just purchased e3d laila for gen 9.  When I attempted to install using DIM, it didn't recognize my password. OK, I changed my password (even tho it worked on the website. No luck. DIM doesn't recognze my login info.  I changed passwords 3 tiimes. The last time, I literally cut and pasted the password into DIM. doesn't work.  Is it possible to edit the account name in DIM on the off chance it might be corrupted?

Ok, I'll just do a manual dowload and install the same way I've done a hundred times.  Laila doesn't show in either my product list or smart content, She is in an E3D folder. I have other emerys characters so I just copied her folder into the one for emeries,  Still doesn't show anywhere.

There was an issue for a while, it should now be resolved.
