Mega Flash Sale Timeout?

If you click on the SHOP page, right now (3:36pm PST), it advertises "Mega Flash Sale 2" is ongoing -- if you click on "Mega Flash Sale 2" link none of the sales are active, and it advertises, "Mega Flash Sale 3" is ongoing..... But if you click on "Mega Flash Sale 3" the Mega Flash Sale 3 is not active, and it advertises "Mega Flash Sale 2" at the top of the screen (and I've refreshed many, many times).  Both are advertised.  Neither are active!

This is really annoying, because its 11/28 @ 3:36, not the end of an hour or anything, and I have a huge CART of Mega Flash Sale 2 stuff I want to check out.

Is this a glitch?  Does anyone have any actual times that the Flash Sales are ongoing??

Edit:  4:10pm -- Both sales are still NOT working, but finally only the banner for Sale 3 is advertising (even though the prices aren't actually offered at checkout).

It takes a few minutes for the changeover.  You just have to wait till it has settled down

Well.... its been 20-25 minutes -- wish they wouldn't do it in the middle of the hour.

They are publicly advertising both, but NEITHER is active -- and its messing up our checkout baskets:

Strange to take 30 minutes to apply a change, while advertizing both.

I think I'll just delete my entire basket and go to the mall instead of this glitchy sale..
