These aren't real gem cuts, I don't know enough about gems to do that...But I needed some gems recently so I made a few up loosly based on real cuts.
The pic is just a quick render I did using normal glass Iray shaders from DAZ on these models.

They should show up under Props/Other
I included icon pics for each shape

No materials though, They just have basic color mats you'll have to apply whatever shader you want to them to get a gem look.
