Cart is not working

HI all.
Ive read that in the past the cart upon payment didnt work. Well its been acting up for me this week. First I wanted to buy 5 Stonemason items on sale. Cart just kept saying "Techinical issue..." . So I waited a few hours and tried again on a different pc, same problem. Only now the sale ended and i cancelled 4 of the items and bought one which was still on sale for some reason. That seemed to have worked.
Today I tried to buy NON sale 3d Universe products and guess what... Yes "Tehcinal issue".
I know my credit card works as it works on Rendero... fine and onother site RenderH... so it's not my end i'm sure.
Anyone else having this issue?

At this point you might need to contact Customer Service for help. When I have had delays, I have waited, then opened another window, checked my Product Library and found the items in it, an email with a successful purchase, and my credit card showing the sale recorded.
But reading the reporting thread this week, I have seen others reporting issues like yours. And others not having them.
