Grook's wardrobe?

In looking at the ad for the new "Grook Caveman", I cannot help but notice that he's wearing some kind of 'clothing' and holdng a spear.....

These are not part of the Grook package (not that I can tell from the item description) so I'm wondering if anyone knows where these come from.

The kilt looks like a piece of clothes from the Classic Barbarian Armor:

No idea about the spear or the axe.
