Brow Compression missing in Genesis 8.1 - Help

I'm working on a new character and decided to go with 8.1 instead of 8. And I just noticed that 'Brow Compression' is completely missing under Brow Parameters.
Why would they remove that?

The new 'Brow Down' does compression too but it moves the brows down as well. How can I get brow compression without moving the brows?

Gensis 8.1 uses the FACS system, which has beenfits, but having two sets of expression controls would complicate the property list - and would have a performance impact.
