Windows 10 upgrade issues?

I'm soon going to be updating from Win 7 64 to windows 10. I run the latest Daz3d Studio. Has anyone had any issues with the upgrade? Have files been lost? Was it seamless and painless?

There are threads, I found this one http://de.daz3d.com/forums/discussion/59797/how-is-daz-studio-doing-with-windows-10/p1
I have never had an issue wiith DAZ Studio and Windows 10, basically because my computer is not the best. Mec4D posted several posts with data showing how much slower rendering in Windows 10 is as compared to Windows 8.1. She went back to Windows 8.1.
I myself have had issues with Windows 10 itself. After the last build upgrade of Windows 10, in November (the one that got people upset because it was 3 GBs of downloads), i lost my Start button, this is an issue that has been around since the very beginning and Microsoft hasn't squashed it.
Prior to that upgrade I had no real issues. I spent a day and half trying every solution possible with no effect. I had to do a fresh install and lost all my applications and some profiles. I managed to get them back, many from my backups.
The only issue I had after that was that my computer would not shutdown. I had to turn off the fast startup feature. Now it shuts down.
Your milage with Windows 10 may vary.
You can Google all the issues I outlined here and find out more yourself.
You may run into driver (OpenGL) problems but should be fixable with a download of new drivers, but it's not that common.
I've been running Studio 4.8 for quite some time now on Windows 10 without a hitch.
I find win10 actually slightly faster rendering than Win 8.1. I have not had any DAZ-related problems with it.
