Is Daz help broken?

Two months ago I had a question for DAZ sales about a possible bogus Forum URL which led to a possible credit card hack. They didn’t reply after a week (plus I discovered the ticket went to tech support). So I created a new ticket asking the same question and made sure that it went to Sales. The only reply I got was: “Your two tickets have been combined”. Nothing else - no answer to my question, nothing.

Since then I have made three or four more tries by either adding to the last ticket or creating new ones. NOT ONE REPLY! I now have 4 “Open” tickets. I would think their computer would flag them that these need responses.

So I am wondering if anyone has had any help from either Sales or tech support in the last two months?

BTW: If you are curious, I posted a forum question and then dragged its URL to the desktop so I could double-click on it to quickly get back to it and see if there was an answer.

The next day I double-clicked on it and instead of its URL starting with https://daz3d.com, it started with: https://hpclscruffy.daz3d.com - the question was there (but no replies). I didn’t realize this different URL at that time and then went on to buy some DAZ products. It wasn’t until afterward that I noticed the weird URL on my saved cart PDF. So my question was simple; Is hpclscruffy.daz3d.com a legitimate DAZ URL or not. Yes or no? How hard would that be to answer? Oh well

It is a legitimate DAZ URL, see this post for details.

The post is about hpcl.daz3d.com, but applies to hpclscruffy.daz3d.com as well; you find domain ownership by reading the parts right to left.

As to the lack of response on tickets, I don't recall it being as bad as it has been over the last month in a very long time. Hopefully they are able to solve whatever issue they are having soon.

My most recent response to a ticket was on December 20th 2023 notifying me the issue had been resolved.

My oldest open ticket with no reponse yet is from December 3rd 2023.

Moved to the Commons as it is not a Daz Studio topic.

Opening multiple tickets, or replying to existing tickets, will not speed the response - if anything the reverse. Please do bear in mind that the Christmas and new year holidays will have slowed response times, and the many sales over the holiday period may have lengthened the queue.

Thank you both for the help. This info makes me feel a lot better. I guess it is OK to use that credit card, not fearing that it was hacked.
